Ebank credit card
Ebank is the only bank in Japan that has a 99% rate of approval. You will not be turned down for a credit card with Ebank. If your are like me and have been turn down six ways from Sunday by every bank in Japan then you should apply for the Ebank credit card.

Ebank C.C. application procedure:
- You will need 3 things before you apply. The ability to read and type Japanese on your PC or a person who can read and type Japanese for you (the online application process is in Japanese).
- You will need an Alien registration certificate (外国人登録証明証/gaikokujin toroku shomeisho). This can be easily obtained at your local City Ward office with your gaijin card. The fee is 300yen.
- You will need a fax
machine (there should be one located in your place of
business that you have access to).
